Shipping & Returns
Orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders placed around national holidays may experience some delays.
Woven Devotion ships through UPS. Orders will typically take 2 - 3 business days for delivery from the time in which the order was processed.
*Woven Devotion does not ship outside of the United States.
**Woven Devotion does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.
Online Returns Policy
*Please note that Sale or discounted items are final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged.
We hope you love each item you choose from Woven Devotion, but we understand that sometimes returns must be made. We do our best to accurately reflect each item's color and texture, however there may be some differences based on computer monitors or mobile devices. Woven Devotion is not responsible for these variances and these do not qualify as defective items.
Please see the following guidelines for our return policy:
- Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of its arrival. The 10 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. No returns may be made after the 10 day mark. Returns must be sent to the following address:

- Shipping on returned goods is not refundable as Woven Devotion is not responsible for this cost.
- Feel free to use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend choosing a carrier that will provide tracking services or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The return must include original packing slip.
- items must be in original condition with tags attached and no sign of wear. There must be no pet hair, stains, or odors on the item.
- Returns will be processed and refunded to the original tender within 24 - 48 business hours of its arrival to Woven Devotion. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to the account.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your items, so please inspect them carefully upon their arrival.
- Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of its arrival to the customer.
- The customer must notify Woven Devotion via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with order number, first and last name, and images of the damage.
- exceptions cannot be made after the 3 day window or after the merchandise has been worn, washed, or tags removed.
